A career spanning 20years of professional dancing and ballet, Alicia started her training as a Joseph Pilates practitioner while transitioning from a professional dancer to business entrepreneur.
Alicia’s Pilates studios are small and personalised using all of the Pilates equipment such as a Caddilac and Barrel, Reformers and Wunda Chair.
Alicia’s practice is the DNA of her studios.
